Melissa Wright is a print-maker from the Northern Rivers region of New South Wales, she’s been making prints in many forms for over 40 years; intaglio printing is her passion.  The works pictured below are unframed limited edition intaglio prints on paper.  All are sold unframed, with a backing board and protective cover.

Melissa Wright works with lyrical, dance-like linework using the female figure as a central theme.  Vignettes, voyeuristic glimpses and intimate observations are used to create sensual images; her works often end up on bedroom walls! Over the past years Melissa has enjoyed travelling and discovering new avenues of expression, she has rekindled her love of mixed-media, drawing, oil painting and during recent trips to New Zealand and Spain, has been experimenting with the medium of hard-stone carving.
