“My work is constantly evolving.  With every new experience and idea, I get inspiration to create.  You can never have too much colour, especially in your home and work environment”.

Kerryann Somerville has been painting for 30 years, and was initially taught by her grandmother, local Gippsland landscape artist and sculptor, Arnell Long.

Along with studying Visual Art, Kerryann’s first exhibition was at 18 called “Vases and Flowers”. She later moved to Melbourne, then settling in Point Lonsdale where she continues to passionatley work in all mediums including oils, acrylics and sculpture.

Kerryann Somerville has exhibited in both Melbourne and regional galleries and when not painting she designs and creates furniture at her family-run bespoke furniture company in Melbourne.
