Katrina Carling is the creator of Unearthed Ceramics, a unique range of ceramics infused with inspiration from her upbringing near the banks of the Murray River in rural Victoria. Her deep connection to the land is evident in her work, which beautifully blends tradition, nature, and sustainability. With a BA in Art History and Indigenous Studies, followed by 15 years of design experience, Katrina found her true calling in ceramics in 2014. Since then, she has dedicated herself to mastering the craft, while maintaining a strong commitment to sustainability. Her processes include powering her kiln by solar panels and wind energy, along with recycling water and clay, ensuring her art is as environmentally friendly as it is beautiful.
