Initially influenced by the Impressionsits and Post-Impressionsits, Nick has developed a distinctive high-colour, high-contrast depiction of the natural world with a minimalistic slant. Inspired by Australian and Mediterranean landscapes, Nick paints from his home studio in South Gippsland, Victoria and for a few months each year establishes a ‘pop-up’ studio in Europe.
